Michael's StoryName : Michael
Age: 19
I live in: Pembroke

On Thursday 3rd Dec I was picked up about 9 o'clock to travel to the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff Bay for International Day of Disabled People. I went with my youth forum Young Voices for Choices and the Young Disabled Persons Network. When we arrived we had to go through security before we could get into the Assembly building. I had to empty my pockets, take my watch off and even take my belt off!!

This is me in the red top with Leanne and Kieron looking comfortable and powerful in our seats!
I went to a workshop on hate crime run by policemen and they said the police still had a lot to learn about hate crime towards disabled people.
