The DCMW campaign has over 700 individual supporters across Wales - disabled young people, their families and friends, as well as professionals.

We also have 25 member organisations from the voluntary sector in Wales.

The DCMW campaign will send out a regular email update to supporters and will be organising local events across Wales this year.
